These Terms of Service will be applied fully, and affect your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these website-standard Terms and Conditions.
JetPay™ and / or JetPay, and / or JetPay.cloud, and / or User-JetPay.cloud (aka JetPay Dashboard), is an online service that allows members to create JatPay™ paystring identifiers for an annual (or monthly) subscription fee. This may at any other point in this agreement be referred to as our “Service”.
JetPayDashboard (user-jetpay.cloud) is a subsidiary of, and is wholly owned by JetPay™ company (https://jetpay.cloud). JetPay Dashboard is where members will sign up, and interact with the Website and its features.

Our service is not targeted towards, nor is it intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We also reserve the right to change our eligibility criteria at any time. You are solely responsible for ensuring that these Terms of Service are in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you in accordance with the laws of the Country, State or Territory in which you reside and / or are a citizen of. And the right to access our Service is revoked where these Terms of Service, or the use of our Service, or even the offering of our Service, is prohibited by applicable law, rule or regulation. Further, our Service is offered only for your use, and not for the benefit of any third party. Yo may NOT resell our Service.
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, JetPay™ (jetpay.cloud and / or user-jetpay.cloud) and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website, and using the website’s application to create a JetPay™ identifier for your XRP cryptocurrency wallet. You may only create one jetPay per one-year subscription, *unless otherwise specified or allowed in a promotional offer. An example of this is the *Introductory offer of $14.99 for a one-year subscription. This Introductory offer allows you to create 2 jetPay identifiers. Otherwise, and in all other cases, unless otherwise specified, you may only create one jetPay identifier per one-year subscription. In order to create an additional JetPay™ identifier, you must purchase an “Additional JetPay” add-on. Add-on subscriptions are also good for one year. You may only create one JetPay identifier per add-on subscription.

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and JetPay™ (JetPay, JetPay.cloud, User-JetPay.cloud) expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you, especially in a financial way.
In no event shall JetPay™ (JetPay, JetPay.cloud, User-JetPay.cloud), nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of, or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether or not such liability is under contract. JetPay™ (JetPay, JetPay.cloud, User-JetPay.cloud), including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of, or in any way related to your use of this Website.
*NOTE: This Limitation of Liability ESPECIALLY pertains to the use of cryptocurrency Wallet Addresses and Destination Tags associated with jetPay’s (and paystring identifiers in general). Destination Tags work. However, people often enter their Destination Tags incorrectly, or forget to enter them at all. When this happens, people lose cryptocurrency that was sent to them at that wallet address. Since ANY cryptocurrency wallet that is assigned a Destination Tag by its provider (usually a cryptocurrency exchange), is REQUIRED to have that Destination Tag included in ALL Transactions to that wallet address.
One of the benefits of making a jetPay (paystring identifier), is that you only have to input the Destination Tag once. When you Activate the jetPay, the Destination Tag will always be attached to It. By the same token however, if you input the wrong Destination Tag, or leave it out all together when you Create and Activate a jetPay, then the same situation exists. That jetPay will always be flawed. And you will need to contact Customer Support to have the situation corrected.
***As a Best Practice, you should ALWAYS verify your jetPay information before you attempt to use the jetPay in a cryptocurrency transaction.
After making your jetPay, if there is a Destination Tag that is required for that wallet address, you MUST double check to ensure that the Destination Tag you entered is accurate. Otherwise, you stand to lose any cryptocurrency (namely XRP) that is sent to that wallet address when you give people your associated jetPay to accept payments. This is why we warn you on the “Create JetPay 1” page, the “Create jetPay 2” page, AND the “Activate jetPay” page, that you must include a Destination Tag if there is one associated with that crypto wallet. AND you must make sure that the Destination tag you entered is correct. Furthermore, we encourage you to Copy and Paste the Destination Tag, rather try to enter it manually. We also advise you to copy and paste the Wallet Address when you Create and Activate a jetPay. The Wallet address MUST be accurate, or you will not receive your crypto when you give people your jetPay as a way of accepting payments.
***As long as you get your crypto Wallet Address correct AND your Destination Tag correct when making your jetPay, you should have no problem receiving your crypto.
But again, we must stress that if you make a mistake, it is not our fault. And we will not be responsible for any cryptocurrency that you lose due to errors that you make when Creating and Activating your jetPay. We know that the JetPay™ platform works. And the user instructions are clear and concise. We also post links to instructional videos on our Website. Please refer to them as needed.
*By logging in and using the Website, you agree to this AND all other points in these Terms of Service.
If any provision of these Terms os Service is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
JetPay™ (JetPay, JetPay.cloud, User-JetPay.cloud) is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
JetPay™ (JetPay, JetPay.cloud, User-JetPay.cloud) is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms of Service (Terms) constitute the entire agreement between JetPay™ (JetPay, JetPay.cloud, User-JetPay.cloud) and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the United States for the resolution of any disputes.
